A stay with potential

I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet ambiance and the delightful biscuit at breakfast. The checkout experience was smooth with a friendly farewell from the staff.

However, the room had significant wear and tear, with a stained carpet and uncomfortable pillows. Additionally, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned.

I enjoyed the charming decor that instantly made me feel at home as soon as I walked in! The dazzling hot breakfast buffet was a personal favorite, especially those fluffy pancakes that I couldn't resist piling high.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were over the top nice. They really went the extra mile helping my elderly parent while we were there, making sure everything was just right for us.

It wasn’t exactly cheap though, but I found it to be alright in the end.

However, we did face an issue with housekeeping, as our request for fresh towels was not fulfilled. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we addressed our concerns.

However, I had issues with room temperature. my first room's heating didn't work. I needed to switch rooms, which added some inconvenience to my check-in process. The new room had a lingering smell in the hallway, which was a bit off-putting. The breakfast options were decent, but I wish there were more hot choices.

I also liked that there were multiple charging ports available, making it easy to power my devices. I noticed the staff tried to keep the lobby area clean and welcoming.

My fam and I had a real nice time. The room was super comfy, and we loved the breakfast options! Just wish the check-in took less time. there was only one person at the desk and a bit of a long wait. Overall, would totally recommend for a family stay.

my stay at holiday inn express & suites, detroit north, roseville was mostly pleasant. the indoor pool was a nice touch, and the breakfast staff were really friendly, making my mornings enjoyable. also, the location is great, with easy access to local attractions.
